With over 25 years of international experience in supply chain and transportation management, he has led major projects including multi-billion-euro logistics tenders, European distribution network redesigns, lean production transformations, and modal shifts aimed at reducing environmental impact. In addition to his corporate role, Furlanetto serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at MIB Trieste School of Management, where he teaches Operations and Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, and e-Sourcing. Gabriele GHINI

Gabriele is a senior Executive Search Consultant with about 30 years of experience as Head Hunter for top level positions both at Italian and international level. Before entering in the search business, Gabriele spent the first 10 years of his career in three chemical Multinationals (Du Pont, Uniroyal and Rhone Poulenc Agrochimie) working as international sales and marketing manager, holding responsibilities over multiple geographies for strategic products in the EMEA region. His experience in the search business begun in 1989 with the start up of a Swedish recruiting company in Italy, which in a few years became a market leader in its area of business. Paolo Guglielminetti is a Partner at PwC Italy and serves as the Global Railways and Roads Leader within the firm's Transportation & Logistics practice. With over 25 years of experience in transport planning, infrastructure assessment, and regulatory policy, he has led numerous strategic projects across Europe, the Mediterranean, and North America. Holding a PhD in Transport Engineering from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and a degree in Civil Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Guglielminetti has a strong academic foundation. Aldo Isi is the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI), the company responsible for managing Italy’s national rail infrastructure. He has over 25 years of experience in the transport and infrastructure sector within the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group. Graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Parma, Isi began his career at RFI in 1999 and held various technical and managerial positions in infrastructure maintenance, operations, and investment planning. He has led complex infrastructure projects, including the development of conventional and high-speed railway lines, technological upgrades, and intermodal facilities. Before becoming CEO of RFI in 2025, Isi served as CEO and General Director of Italferr and later as Managing Director and General Manager of Anas S.p.A., where he oversaw national road infrastructure initiatives.

Thomas began his professional career in logistics, implementing software solutions across Asia for a Swiss-based freight forwarder. In 2000, he founded his own company, focusing on consulting businesses to optimize their supply chain and logistics processes. Paul Lammers is vice president Head of Operations at Nestle Italiana. With over 30 years of experience in Fish Feed, Pet Food and Human Food, in which he successfully integrated and transformed organizations. Throughout his career, Paul has held key positions in Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain in the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Italy, Germany, Poland and Switzerland. He is particularly skilled in optimizing cash, materials and data flows. In his previous role as Head of Supply Chain for Nestle Europe, implemented European Transport Planning and Supply Planning Hubs, and was member of the PWC Supply Chain Innovation Circle. In his current role in Italy to be able to orchestrate the E2E Supply Chain, is moving the organization to digital in this way to deal efficient and effective with the Italian route-to-market complexities. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking in mountains, playing football and Italian food, which ensures balancing well the physical and mental health.
