Giuseppe BOSCHI Honor President, CSCMP Italy RT 76 years old, engineer born in Savona. Consultant in Supply Chain Management. In 2015, together with others and as Honorary President, he relaunched the RT CSCMP in Italy, believing that there was a need for a new associative reality and aggregation of Logistics professionals that had a more international vision compared to other present or past initiatives. His experience in the Supply Chain began in 1975 after graduating in Industrial Engineering at the University of Genoa, working as a Supply Chain Plans & Senior Analyst Program at Mobil Oil. After having held the role of Logistics Manager in companies of the Angelini Farmaceutici Group, in Agape Spa and in the Standa Euromercato Group. From 1995 to 2006 he worked at Iveco Spa as Supply Chain Manager in the Customer Service and Defense & Special Vehicles Business Units. Also covering the role of Change Agent in the Iveco Change Management Platform created for the change and innovation of business processes. He obtained the certification of "Logistic Master" issued by the ELA (European Logistics Associations). In 2003 he was the founder of ASSOCHANGE (Italian Association of Change Management). For more than 10 years Executive Director AILOG (Italian Association of Logistics and Supply Chain Management), Head of North West Italy Area. Currently he carries out various Business Training and Consulting activities. His commitment is focused on training activities, especially aimed at young people, both on general SCM topics and in particular on the topic of Outsourcing and Change Management, topics on which he has gained consolidated and multi-year experience also in the field having, as SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR of the IVECO Business Unit Customer Service, designed, implemented and managed an important international Outsourcing project in Spare Parts Distribution at a European level.

Igino COLELLA GAROFALO President, CSCMP Italy RT Igino Colella is a professional with more than 25 years of experience, gained in corporate and consultancy jobs. He worked in the CPG, Retail and Financial Institutions industries, developing an excellent knowledge of commercial, credit management and logistics, as well as a great knowledge of Information Systems. Languages: English, French, German. Igino began his career in Euromercato in 1986, then (after MBA Ifor Bocconi in Retail Management) he worked in Ifor Bocconi, as a consultant and trainer for Retail. In 1989, Igino joined Nestlé Italia, firstly as Chef d’equipe of Internal Auditing. In 1991 he created and leaded the financial branch of Nestlè Group (factoring, consumer credit, leasing and intercompany). In 1994 he was appointed Customer Service Manager of Nestlè Italia Group with responsibilities of Credit Management and Customer Service. In this role he redesigned Order to Cash process and contributed to the project ECR; other accomplishments: Group Trade Credit policy, Metrics and Datawarehouse and Trade Credit Scoring. In 1997 he joined Riso Gallo, first as the responsible of Trade Marketing and Customer Service then his responsibility was extended to Sales Force and Supply Chain. In 2000 he was hired by Consultancy Division of Atos Origin, as head of Retail & CPG. Igino leaded supply chain projects in several industries and sales force enhancements projects for CPG and Financial Institutions. From 2008 in Achieve Global as a Partner, supporting organizational, commercial and logistics projects for clients mainly form Retail, CPG and Pharmaceutical industries; practice leader in Change Management. In 2011 he founded IES to provide financial planning and credit analysis for Distributors. In 2016 all consulting activities performed in AchieveGlobal were transferred to IES. Speaker in conferences and thought leader, he collaborates with several professional magazines. President of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals RT Italy, board director of Assochange and member of ADACI and PMI (Project Management Institute). Agile expert, he wrote the chapter Agile Management in La Quarta Rivoluzione Industriale: verso la Supply Chain Digitale, Franco Angeli, 2018.

Maurizio COCIANCICH CEO, ADRIAFER Maurizio Cociancich is CEO of Adriafer s.r.l., Vice president of FERCARGO, researcher at Venice International University and member of the board of CSCMP Italy. He is an expert in Transport, Supply Chain Management and geoeconomics, with twenty years of experience in the public and private sectors. After obtaining a PhD in geopolitics, geoeconomics and geostrategy at the University of Trieste, he worked as a consultant on logistics innovation projects and coordinated the Master in Global Supply Chain Management and Logistics at the IUAV University of Venice. Over the years, he has participated in various research projects in the field of transport and transnational value chains, as well as writing and editing numerous national and international publications.

Paolo FINCATO, Secretary and Vice President Procurement Graduated, with honors, in Electronic Engineering by the University La Sapienza of Rome. After working for some years in the technical area (ERICSSON - 1993/1995), he addressed his professional development in management area attending a Masters in Business Administration at the SDA Bocconi University – Milan. He has then gained more than 20 years of experience in the purchasing area, both as a consultant and in managerial positions. From 1995 to 2001, he worked on projects of change managements, processes redesign and cost reduction in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), then in Solving International, and finally in WIND telecommunications. From 2002 to 2014 Paolo worked for BravoSolution (software tools for Purchasing activities delivered in Cloud / SaaS and consulting services on Purchasing) beginning with the start-up and then having a decisive role on the business development in Italy both in industrial sectors (Finmeccanica Group, SKY, ARISTON, etc. .) and in regulated sectors (Rome Airports, State Railways, ANAS, etc.). From 2014 he started his own business with the aim of supporting companies determined to achieve important improvements in their Purchasing function. Main areas: 1) Strategic approach to Purchasing through Category Management 2) Cost Reduction actions leveraging on Purchasing 3) Implementation of tools to support Purchasing processes. He is working as much for big customers (Ferrari, Magneti Marelli, etc.) as for medium and small-medium sized companies (Pasta ZARA, Cantina La-Vis Group, Angelantoni, Viticoltori Ponte, etc.). Member of the Board of the CSCMP and of ADACI for which he holds training courses in the areas of specialization.

Francesco LAVIANO, Vice President Organization Industrial Engineer with over twenty years of experience in Supply Chain and Integrated Logistics Services. After graduating from the University of Naples Federico II, he began working at the Intelfin Group, managing procurement and logistics for the various companies within the group operating in the telecommunications sector. From 2004 to 2008, he worked in Abruzzo, first at Denso Manufacturing Italia at the San Salvo (CH) production site and later at BLG Logistics at the Sevel plant in Val di Sangro, in the automotive sector. He held operational and administrative leadership roles with direct management of functional areas such as Technical Engineering, Procurement, HQSE, Work Analysis, and IT. Since 2008, he has held commercial roles for various logistics operators, including BLG Logistics Solutions, Sogema, D. Logistics AG, Deufol, Italia Logistica, and SDA Express Courier. Since 2019, he has been with Poste Italiane, responsible for the commercial development of Integrated Logistics and Technical Courier services, coordinating with the central and territorial sales force of the MIPA division. Since 2015, he has been a founding member and Vice President Program of the Roundtable Italy of CSCMP. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of the Rome Business School.

Jean Claude MARINI, Vice President Membership Graduated in economics with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Parma, he obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration at the MIP - Politecnico of Milan - Graduate School of Business, (110/110) with specialization in Operations, Finance & Risk Management, ICT & Digital Transformation and Change Management Manager with decades of experience in various roles in the multinational Retail sector, he currently holds the position of Supply Chain Manager in Carrefour Italy. Passionate about Innovation and Digital Development in Retail and Supply Chain Management, he collaborates with the Observatories of the Politecnico di Milano on issues related to Supply Chain, Retail and Finance. Vice President of the Club Supply Chain Management & Logistic - Polimi GSoM. Since 2019 he has been a member of the Board of CSCMP Italy Roundtable with the role of Vice President Membership.

Pietro PEDONE, Vice President Communication Pietro Pedone has been a freelance management consultant since 2009. After graduating with a classical high school diploma at G. D’Annunzio in Pescara and graduating cum laude in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bologna, he worked for ten years at SAE-Sadelmi-ABB.Italia, a leading multinational company in large construction, until becoming. Director of Organization and ICT-CAD Systems Development. Since 1980, he has worked in management consulting, as Vice President and Partner of leading international companies, including Kearney, Management Consulting, and Roland Berger, Strategy Consultants. As a client leader, he has developed projects in leading Italian and international companies in various industrial sectors as: Consumer Goods (Sanpellegrino-Nestlé Waters, Coca-Cola, Campari, Benckiser, Knorr, L’Oréal, Bolton Alimentari, Coop, Auchan, Selex A&O, Crai); Automotive (Pirelli Tyres, Pirelli Cables, Iveco); Durable Goods (Carrier, DeAgostini, Sorin); Transportation (Trenitalia, SEA MXP Cargo City, Koinè). Gianluca SANTORI, Vice President International Relations Gianluca has got a master’s degree in engineering of management at University of Bologna and also obtained a Global Executive Master in operations and supply at MIP “Politecnico” of Milan. He is a Supply Chain leader with more than 15 years of experience in the field where he developed a wide expertise in Logistics, Transportation, Planning, S&OP Implementation, Process improvements, transformational projects and change management processes. He covered different roles in pharmaceutical sector, transport and especially Retail industry, participating in cross-functional and international projects. In TJX since 2010, where he currently has a role of Supply Chain Manager Europe, he succeeded to define and implement the strategy for an agile and flexible supply chain model who supported a rapid expansion of the TJX off-price business model. From September 2018 he’s member of CSCMP’s Board Italy Roundtable with the role of VP of International relations.

Sergio VACCA, Vice President Education Sergio Vacca is CSCMP SCPro™ Instructor, VP of Education at the Italy/Italian Switzerland RT and APICS CSCP, SCOR, CPIM Master Instructor. He is SCM Senior Consultant and SCM contract professor at the international MScBA of Rome Tor Vergata University. Has covered various executive roles as Senior Director Supply Chain Planning at Bulgari Global Operations (LVMH Group) in Switzerland, Supply Chain Group Mgr at Procter & Gamble as well as various E2E responsibilities in manufacturing, logistics, projects, Supply & Category Planning in Italy and Europe. Former member of APICS SCC – ELT (European Leadership Team) and of the TDSC (Technical Development Steering Committee), he is and has been lecturer at IUM Montecarlo and Bocconi SDA on behalf of the Bulgari Group. He holds a master degree in Chemical Engineering with honors at La Sapienza University of Rome.
